Closing Checklist
All of the following must be submitted to LoanSum prior to closing:
- Signed Contract with Seller
- Submitted Loan Request (via the LoanSum website)
- Property Analysis Spreadsheet (available in the downloadable document section)
- 3 months bank statements for all liquid assets
- Itemized construction bid from your contractor
- Refinance Pre-Approval letter from your mortgage lender (Due to current market conditions)
- Order Builder's Risk and General Liability Insurance with following mortgagee's clause:

- If taking title to the property in a corporate name, Corporate Documents (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement or Bylaws, Tax ID #, and Certificate of Good Standing). All members, officers and their spouses, of a corporation must sign all documents at closing
