Closing Checklist
All of the following must be submitted to LoanSum prior to closing:
- Signed Contract with Seller
- Submitted Loan Request (via the LoanSum website)

Refinance Pre-Approval letter from your mortgage lender (Due to current market conditions)
- Order Builder's Risk and General Liability Insurance with following
mortgagee's clause:

- If taking title to the property in a corporate name, Corporate Documents (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement or Bylaws, Tax ID #, and Certificate of Good Standing). All members, officers and their spouses, of a corporation must sign all documents at closing
