STEP 1
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
To start your online personal loan application: Click "Create Account" and fill in the required fields and submit to LoanSum to set up your account.
Submitted applications can be approved in less than 24 hours if your request is received during regular business hours. If approved you will receive
an email with your user name and password, which will allow you access to the members section of the LoanSum website where you will be able to submit
loan requests, request pre-approval letters and much more.
STEP 2
SUBMIT LOAN REQUEST
As a LoanSum Approved Borrower you may submit a loan request for any property you wish to purchase by first logging on to the LoanSum website and selecting
"Submit Loan Application"*. Submit the online application and we will start the loan process.
STEP 3
LOAN APPROVAL
Once LoanSum receives the online loan application and other required documents (see Closing Checklist under Loan Program) we will start the loan process. You
will need to provide LoanSum with a signed contract for the property, construction/repair estimates and a lockbox combination to allow inspector access to property.
Once LoanSum approves the loan and receives all required documents we would be able to provide the funding needed to purchase property.
